A French dessert consisting of choux pastry balls piled into a tower and bound with threads of fine sugar. Available in vanilla, Grand Marnier, chocolate, coffee and salted caramel.

Serving recommendation is two balls per person. Maximum tower size is 120 balls, however extra balls may be ordered and will be packaged in a separate box.

Upon delivery store in a cool, dark place and do not refrigerate. This cake is best eaten on the same day.

During the Christmas holiday period a minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all orders placed prior to 25th December. Last orders to be placed by midnight on the 21st December for pick up on the 24th December.
